Main bedroom contains a queen sized bed, flat screen tv and opens to a private balcony. Second bedroom contains 2 single beds. Laundry comes equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The driveway is steep at this townhouse complex.

Charming Avoca Beach village is perfectly suited for families with a well protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children's playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre. Go bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake. Avoca Bowling Club and Avoca Beach Hotel both offer a courtesy bus service.
